Logos and Branding

After taking Corporate Branding and Identity this summer, I realize that there is a right way and a wrong way to create a logo. Some of these logos are the right way, and some the wrong. But as every designer knows, sometimes the client wants what they want, and I always feel that it's my job to satisfy the client, first and foremost.

The Arquitera and Northland Park Estates logos follow all the rules; scalable, good for print or web, no gradients, etc. These logos were created as if we were a design team used to brand a new company. The other logos were specifically for the client; not designed with traditional logo rules in mind.
