Rate Details

Diagnosis charge $25. If you agree to service the diagnosis charge will be waived and charges will start at normal rates. If you schedule an appointment and refuse service, diagnosis charge excluding rush service will be applied. Refused rush service will be charged the full initial regular hour rate ($50) for diagnoses.

Sorry with fuel prices as they are if you call us in we have to charge if you don't want us to fix it.

Rates are $50 per hour for regular service. One hour minimum per call.

Rates are $75 per hour for rush service. One hour minimum per call.

Discounts available for extensive work, long term contracts and schools.

All parts, new and repair, costs are the responsibility of customer upfront BEFORE the repair can begin.

Certain services are flat rate prices:

Back up, clean erase and restore hard drive operating system software and customer installed software. Solves severe slowdown and virus problems in Windows based machines. $90 flat.

(Customer must provide copies of ALL commercial purchased software.)

Filemaker Database consultation $65. Designing custom database is done an individual estimate basis, with a set price being established and it being all inclusive.

Cancellations for non rush appointments must be made within two hours. Rush appointments cannot be cancelled once set the minimum charge will still apply.
