The Five Elements Healing Arts Center (FEHAC) offers Yoga, Tai Chi, Massage, Reiki & more to Southern Aroostook County. We use a whole body approach to body-mind awareness and we strive to enhance each person's capacity for self-knowledge and self-care. The practices we offer work well in conjunction with conventional treatments. The influence of the mind in healing is a part of virtually every medical tradition, from the ancient teachings of Ayurveda and Chinese medicine to modern Western medicine or allopathy.
