NEW YEARS MEDITATION

On January 3rd, 2009 from 9am-noon, Linda invites you to join her in a 15 year tradition. Bring a notebook & pen. The morning will be broken up into 20-30 minute segments of breath/chanting, reflection meditation, moving meditation, intention setting meditation, and journaling meditation. What better way to start the New Year than by reflecting on 2008 and setting intentions for 2009? It is THE best time of year, not for resolutions but for INTENTION. Light snacks & tea provided.
