Aloha Cake

Ingredients
| 1 yellow cake mix |
1/2 cup vegetable oil |
|
4 eggs |
1 small can mandarin oranges (undrained) |
Combine ingredients and mix for 3 minutes. Bake in a 9 x 13 greased and floured pan for 25 mins at 350o
Icing
| 1 large can of crushed pineapple |
3 oz. vanilla instant pudding |
|
9 oz. Cool Whip |
|
Stir together and ice cake. You may dress this cake up with coconut, chopped nuts, and maraschino cherries (Optional)
